Diet preparation free of gliadin (gluten).

To make organic gluten-free bread, you will find two recipes on the back of the package: a recipe for preparation by hand or with a bread machine.

Also try the sweet cake recipe with this millet and seed preparation.

For a 900g organic gluten-free bread:

Ingredients to add: 25g of organic quinoa sourdough, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 450 to 500ml of lukewarm water.

Hand preparation:

1- in a large salad bowl, mix the contents of the sachet, the sourdough, the oil and the water with a wooden spoon.

2- when the texture of the dough is homogeneous, aerate the dough by lifting it with the spoon for 1 minute

3 - place the mixture in a cake mold, cover with a slightly damp cloth and leave to rise in a room at 20-22°C for 1h30 to 2h.

4- cook for 45 minutes in the oven preheated to 180°c.

Preparation in a Bread Machine:

This recipe works very well in a bread machine. Before starting your MAP program, we advise you to carry out steps 1 and 2 before placing the dough in the bowl to guarantee a homogeneous and airy bread crumb.
